ART + TYPO

From February 23 to June 22, 2024.

VOX and the Centre de design join forces to present a major exhibition on art and typography, specially curated by Angela Grauerholz and Robert Fones. Both artists share a long-standing interest in the history of typography, innovative experimentation, art and design.

This exhibition will showcase a variety of practices by artists, both national and international, for whom typography is a central component of their conceptual projects. It also presents the work of designers who have developed an artistic language based on their typographic explorations. All have consistently challenged norms of legibility and innovated in their use of textual media.

The exhibition will also include a program of films for VOX children's cinema, focusing on the theme of the alphabet.
